We are local business owners, Erik and Cagney Hedahl, sharing our passion for food with others through food truckin' and catering. Together, we have over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and are ready for more. Erik graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Restaurant and Hospitality Management and Cagney achieved her Culinary degree from Johnson and Wales, here in Denver. Together we make a great combination of organization and creativity, bringing you the highest quality at the greatest value. We have hosted caterings from 10 - 10,000 people, ranging from basic business meetings to full barbeque carnivals with thousands of guests and live entertainment.
